The High Tech Association (HTA) at the USC Marshall School of Business is committed to helping students interested in pursuing careers in the high-tech sector. HTA acts as a liaison between club members and Tech Industry firms seeking top business talent.

Our mission is to make USC Marshall top of mind for Tech Industry recruiting and to help our members develop the networks and skills that will position themselves for success in this highly dynamic industry.

MBA students often pursue a wide range of career paths in the high-tech sector–from Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to Operations and Human Resources–with leading technology companies and innovative start-ups. Many companies also look for MBAs with previous experience in non-technology industries.

Our signature events include Tech Industry Night, where companies visit campus, and the Bay Area Tech Trek, where we visit companies in Silicon Valley.  We also organize speaker events with leading technology professionals and host networking mixers.
